Ghost Producer Tracks is a digital marketplace that connects music producers (“Sellers”) who create original tracks with buyers (“Clients”) who purchase exclusive music for commercial use, under a ghost production model — meaning the buyer receives full rights to use, release, and distribute the purchased track as their own.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal permission from a parent or guardian to use this website. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is true and accurate.

3. Account Registration

To buy or sell on the Platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.

4. Buying Tracks

  • When you purchase a track, you obtain an exclusive, royalty-free license to use and release it under your own name or brand.

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable, as tracks are digital goods.

  • Buyers may not resell, redistribute, or share the purchased files.

  • Upon successful payment, you will receive a download link to the purchased track pack (which may include full mix, stems, and project files if applicable).

5. Selling Tracks

  • Sellers must upload only 100% original works that they own full rights to.

  • Uploading copyrighted, plagiarized, or AI-generated content without disclosure is strictly prohibited.

  • By uploading a track, the Seller grants Ghost Producer Tracks a non-exclusive license to host, promote, and sell the track on their behalf.

  • Payouts to Sellers are processed via approved payment methods (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, Wise, etc.) according to our commission policy.

6. Exclusivity & Confidentiality

  • All transactions are strictly confidential.

  • The identity of Buyers and Sellers will never be publicly disclosed.

  • Ghost Producer Tracks ensures anonymity to protect both parties under the ghost production model.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Platform (design, logo, graphics, audio previews, texts) is the property of Ghost Producer Tracks or its licensors.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any material from the Platform without written permission.

  • Unauthorized use of any track or brand material may result in legal action.

8. Payments & Fees

  • All payments are securely processed through integrated payment gateways.

  • Ghost Producer Tracks retains a commission on each sale as outlined in the Seller Agreement.

  • Prices are displayed in Euros (€) unless stated otherwise. Taxes may apply depending on your country.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Upload any illegal, defamatory, or infringing content;

  • Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Platform;

  • Share confidential information about other users;

  • Misuse the marketplace for spam or fraudulent activity.

10. Disclaimers

  • We do not guarantee that any track will be accepted by labels, streaming platforms, or achieve commercial success.

  • Ghost Producer Tracks is not responsible for disputes between Buyers and Sellers but may intervene to mediate when necessary.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Ghost Producer Tracks, its owners, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to the community or our reputation.

13. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date above indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the new Terms.
